About the Prize and Charity Cause

Valentino Rossi

The prize

Hello!

How would you like to meet me and be treated to the ultimate VIP weekend at the Valencia MotoGP™ from 6-8th November? You’ll be flown to Valencia from anywhere in the world, and you'll stay in a luxury hotel.

You’ll be given exclusive paddock passes, hospitality with MotoGP™ teams, and grid passes! The grid is the best place to watch the start of the race, and you'll be there to witness the beginning of the last race of the season.

You'll meet me on Friday and hang out at Movistar Yamaha hospitality for the day, where you will have lunch and get some VIP items. On Sunday, you will attend the End of Season awards ceremony - tickets can't be bought for this!

If you make a donation here for your chance to win this VIP MotoGP™ weekend, you will also be supporting Riders for Health, a bikers charity working across Africa to show that motorcycles can save lives.

I'll see one of you soon!

Thank you,
Valentino Rossi

Riders For Health

The cause

MotoGP™ fans are unique because your sport is the only sport to have ever given rise to a humanitarian organisation. The official charity of MotoGP™, Riders for Health, was born out of the grand prix paddock in the 1980s and is supported by motorcyclists all around the world.

For nearly 25 years, Riders for Health has been providing motorcycles and mechanical expertise to health workers in Africa, enabling them to reach their patients with vital care and advice.
Mobilised with a reliable motorcycle that won’t break down, a health worker can reach up to six times more people than if they were travelling on foot or by bicycle.

Riders for Health is currently transforming access to health care for over 21 million men, women and children across Africa. But, with one in eight children estimated to die before they reach their fifth birthday, there is still so much we can do together.

-- £3 could buy a spark plug to keep a motorcycle engine running.
-- £10 could buy enough fuel to keep a health worker on the road and reaching their communities for a fortnight.
-- £25 could buy a tool kit for a health worker so that they can carry out basic maintenance on their vehicle before every trip.
-- £60 could provide a health worker with two-day’s training in road safety and off-road riding skills, keeping them safe when they travel to remote communities.
