GRAND PRIZE WINNER
A note from U2
It's difficult to believe that there are nearly 750 million people in the world that do not have access to clean, safe water and sanitation - especially when water is so readily available for those of us that are fortunate enough never to have had to think twice about it.
People cannot survive without clean water. Dirty, contaminated water spreads disease, and as a result, a child dies every minute. This is bigger than us. And if we work together, we can make a difference. That's why I'm here.
If you join this cause, you could save lives of children in need. To thank you, I will give you a chance to win an inspiring trip to Montreal, where you will meet my great friends U2 and get VIP tickets to their iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE concert with an exclusive backstage tour.
On top of that, you will also get to go to the Cirque du Soleil headquarters, where you can get a rare peek at how our beautiful shows are put together. You and a guest will be provided with roundtrip airfare from anywhere in the world and hotel accommodations during your stay in Montreal.
I look forward to making positive change with you. It starts here, with us!

About One Drop
ONE DROP—a non-profit organization established in 2007 by Cirque du Soleil Founder Guy Laliberté—strives to ensure that safe water and proper sanitation is accessible to all.
Water is the most critical challenge facing the XXIst century. Although it is essential to life, nearly 750 million people lack access to water while 2.5 billion are deprived of access to adequate sanitation. This leads to insufficient food supply, limited access to education, unsafe sanitation habits and consumption of contaminated water resulting in disabling illnesses, which often lead to death. By 2025, 5.3 billion people—two-thirds of the world’s population—could lack access to enough water to meet their basic daily requirements.
Using a one-of-a-kind sustainable intervention model, ONE DROP develops innovative access to water and sanitation projects which promote self-reliance in disadvantaged, rural and semi-rural regions of Central America, India, West Africa. We support communities, with adapted infrastructures, training and knowledge to empower them through their involvement and participation. In doing so, we help them harness the power of water as an on-going source of vitality. The programs launched from ONE DROP's inception until the end of 2015 will transform the lives of 1 million people.
